Boot Camp Missing from Windows 10 Install

Hi, I have installed Windows 10 on Macbook Pro 2018/19 using Bootcamp assistant. Windows installation went OK, but part way through it setting up after install it went to blue screen and crashed which was while the Bootcamp App was installing in Windows.

I restarted and then ran a repair on the Bootcamp app which went through and restarted windows again. However now the Bootcamp programe files are missing and there is no Bootcamp Control Panel at all. Windows is working fine but I'm unable to change any of the settings e.g. touchpad.

When I go back to Mac OS and go to Bootcamp Assistant the only opton coming up is to delete the Windows partition, there is no option to download the software or anything that would assist reinstalling Bootcamp in Windows.

any suggestions rather than having to delete the Window partition and start again?
