Is there a way to remove certain holidays from icloud holiday calendar?

There are many holidays that do not relate to my life. Is there a way of removing them from the icloud holiday calendar?

No. Unfortunately the holidays cannot be removed. You can choose another calendar from the many you can find by searching in the AppStore or online.

Just create your own Holiday calendar with the dates you wish. If you use iCloud, you can share it out to all of your devices.

Thank you. Nothing I tried work, so that is what I assumed. Wish it could be modified.
