The official user guide for the Apple Watch is available for free in the Books app. I like this version better than the web-based guide.

You can download it through the Apple Books store. You can use the Books app on your phone to search for it and download it.

The manual for the watch is located in the Watch App on your iPhone. Go to General/About...scroll down to the bottom. In addition, you can download it to Apple Books.
