I can’t get my Apple Watch to restart or respond

There’s a red lightning bolt in the top left corner and the time in the top right corner and that’s all I get from the watch. I’ve tried to restart and I’ve tried to force restart with no luck. What do I do? I know the Apple Watch is charged at 100% because I asked the iPhone how much power is left.
