SwitchResX on mac = Black Screen

I went to change the resolution on my mac through SwitchResX now getting a black screen at log in and no display I know my computer is live because of my Plex server is live.

Is there a way to soft reset settings. I can get to recovery but not safe mode. I do have an iPad maybe i can remote in to change it back to the original resolution.

The reason why i am here is because i have a widescreen 21:9 and apple completely said fuck you to me and you don't get a widescreen view you get two black bars

I need help please I dont want to factory reset!!!
