No audio from the Amazon Prime video app on my AppleTv. Notably, all other apps are working flawlessly with no audio issues. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the Prime app. I’ve also restarted the AppleTv and the TV OS is up to date.
Thanks. Audio was already set to “auto”. 43 minutes on phone with Amazon and they have no clue. Seems as if it may be an app registration/installation issue. The key fact is that no other apps have an audio issue. Even Google isn’t coming up with anyone else having this issue.
While I hear what you’re saying it doesn’t change the end result. It’s best to give feedback to Amazon so they can look into it and fix the issue.
So it would seem, but it would be nice to hear that others are experiencing the same problem.
Mine was doing same thing. I went into audio setting and turned off the 5.1 now I have audio
Then it would be an issue that the developer (Amazon) needs to fix.
