My Apple Id has been disabled for a while now. I haven't been able to update my apps, do software updates or download music or apps. I followed all the steps provided on this website, yet my account is still disabled and I've seen no change. My phone keeps saying I am signed into a account near Brownsville and Houston. i don't know what to do.
