how resize icons on ipad air
i would like to resize the icons on my iPad air on each page.

The icons on your home pages are fixed - however, the text labels associated with the icon can be resized. Whilst the dynamic text size is a global system setting, text rendering within Apps may not necessarily change.
Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size - move the slider to the left to reduce the text size.
