Iphone internal storage is not showing on windows, yet its visible over itunes?

I am a content creator and its important for me to have my live photos stored over my pc so that i can edit them and do great projects.

but its absolutely annoying from apple and windows that i can't do so after a while.Earlier it was working fine without any problem for 2-3 hours, but after copying certain data,my ios device having ios 12.2 has stopped even showing over my windows pc.Its visible on itunes though but automatic sync has been greyed out.

I have been doing allot of research for around a week but found no solution until now, except apps like 'imazing" and "Dr.fone" which screw you for money and let you do such work, which can be done without any hustle.

i have searched the web but found no suitable or particular solution as per my need.

Under device manager:Portable devices only shows MTP usb device

Universal serial bus controllers has no sign of any apple drivers or as such

Universal serial bus devices>Apple mobile device usb composite device

>Apple mobile device usb device

All this when iphone is connected over wire and showing in itunes.(have attached screenshot as well).

Please help as I'm clueless.

iPhone 7, iOS 12

Unlock your device before you connect it to USB. Respond positively to any request to trust the computer. Try Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

With the internal storage i only mean camera and photos, which were showing earliar as (Apple 102,Apple 103).

but after copying few photos and .mov files,it vanished and import error is shown.(Copying stopped).

I only need to copy from it but since its not listed and iphone is showing as unspecified device, cant do so.

do give some solution so that apple device would show in portable devices.

In general the internal storage of an iPhone is not supposed to show in Windows. If the device has a non-empty camera roll that, and that alone, should be listed in Windows Explorer. You should be able to copy from it and delete, but not write to it. See iFunbox for a free tool that allows access to the file system on the device. Note that you can potentially corrupt your data and the device if you make a mistake in there.
