APP’s Setup won’t accept my UK postcode.

Hi, when I have tried to download an APP and enter my address it will not accept my GY3 5HZ postcode for Guernsey in the Channel Islands, UK? Have now used an Irish Bank card and my Irish address and I still can’t download an APP and am told to contact the Irish Store? Help! Helen
