No this does not solve my concern, nor does it make me feel good that I can not speak with a person about this serious matter. I need a direct response or a call with information.
Unauthorized withdrawals from my account with Itune for .99 and the 31.+I ; please stop and refund. I also made a report to my banking institution Wells Fargo. Thanks.
