Disabled phone

I cannot figure out my 4-digit passcode on my iPhone 7+. It is disabled and says to “connect to iTunes”. The issue is, my phone will not connect to iTunes on my computer. How do I fix my problem and get into my phone?

iphone disabled connect to itunes I restarted my phone and the "iphone is disabled connect to itunes" screen popped up. I know my password but my phone didn't even ask for the passcode before it this screen showed up. How do I connect my phone to a computer if I can't open the phone? That's required in order to connect phones to computers. And "iTunes" doesn't exist anymore as it used to. What do I do?
