I bought Camtasia 3. When trying to update through the TechSmith site, I chose "Replace" old version, not realizing I'd need the software key -- which I now cannot find. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?
iMac 21.5" 4K, macOS 10.14
Here's what TechSmith said in that regard:
"If you ordered from one of our authorized resellers, then you will need to contact them about your order, as we do not always receive the end user information from our channel partners."
Catch 22?
Unfortunately, they are the only ones who can replace that key.
Thanks for the advice. However, I did that and they don't have a record of the key, although I'm certain I registered the product with them -- and I do have an account with them.

I lost a software key for Camtasia -- which I purchased through the App Store. No way to recover it.
