I just want to cast one tab from my iMac to my Apple TV.
I will keep using the computer but only casting one tab!
I used chromecast before and it was very simple.
Any ideas on how to do it with my Apple TV?

I was able to figure it out!!
I am using Apple TV as a separate display and I can control what to show.
Yes, that would be using airplay mirroring, which gives the option to use the Apple TV as a separate display so you can only display what you specifically move to that screen.
The equivalent to casting would be using basic airplay within safari
Apple TV uses airplay, which is a different protocol.
You can airplay media from within iTunes or compatible content in Safari. Anything else would require mirroring or use of a 3rd party program.
