Create New Folders On MacBook Pro

Im new to an apple computer and I would like to know how I create a mail folder to file my emails in? Thanks for any help.

Mail Folders I am running the latest version of macos ventura. When i open email is there a way I can put this email in a specific folder without having to click on move and then select the folder I wish to place it in. An example would be I click on an email from Readers Digest, read it and rather then seeing move displayed I see the folder name Readers Digest. All help is appreciated....
