two-factor authentication

Hey, my name is Alan. I have several apple ID accounts because i have many devices. I was trying to log into one of my apple IDs but it keeps asking for my phone number to verify my two-factor authentication. I don't have the phone number because i had to get a new one. Is there any way to get my account back?

the account is not made to trust any device, only the old phone number
