You can't do it directly, First you need to install apps like : Parallel App , Parallel App Space,Dual Space lite and others from the App Store .Once you install any of these, you will get an option to install Dual WhatsApp and other social media apps with dual accounts
You cannot do this on an iPhone. There might be an app that pops up every now and then on the App Store, but it will probaby get deleted very quickly. However, you could probably do this by jailbreaking your iPhone. Alternatively, you could get an Android phone, where there are many apps enabling dual accounts for messaging apps on the Play store. I also know for a fact that Samsung has that feature built into their OS.
WhatsApp is not an Apple product.
You can only download one WhatsApp app on one device.
