Purchase Method iCloud Family Issues!

Hello, currently I have a problem preventing me from actually being able to make app store purchases. I'm in an icloud family with my family and we have purchase sharing on under one credit card. I had an issue making a purchase on the app store and I needed to verify my purchase method by inputting the security code for the family card. Well, recently that card was compromised and was actually voided due to it being hacked/stolen. So, It kept saying that the security code was incorrect and I remembered it expired and so I tried to remove it and add a new card. That would not work either because I am not an admin of the family icloud and cant change it. Because of that, I left the family icloud and set my own account to be on no family plan. That worked, but it kept breaking again. I then tried to add my own card and replace the family card ( even though I just removed myself and it kept the expired family credit card) and every time I pressed save (changes) it would load and then not do anything. Shortly after it updates and shows no changes and that the family expired credit card is still linked. This is becoming very frustrating to me and I'm searching here for help. Anyone got any suggestions as to what I do next?
