iPhone 6 can’t get reset to factory reset

I have an iPhone 6 which can’t get reset to factory setting however I used the shift button to force the new iOS version but still comes with an error (4005).

See this link-->If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support


Note that your iTunes version should be 12.9.4 or later. And it requires Windows 7 or later, and it may require a more recent version of Mac OS if you have a Mac.


You may also get that message if the phone was ever jailbroken or you had a beta version on it.
