Manually work the host names in Apple Mail

Hi apple! Your guys’ mail system and server issues are grinding my gears the wrong way! Maybe if you guys would dump it down so that a normal person can understand and not have to manually work the host names and stuff like that, people would make Icloud email accounts. Now I have to switch everything over to the more user friendly G-mail. I hope you guys listen to this because I have about 30-40 different things that I need to switch over to gmail.

Hey, thanks for the response! Whenever I open the mail, it always tells me that there’s an error- “the mail server “automatically added for iOS & OS X Mail” is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.” The thing is, is that I’ve already verified everything and it seems to be fine. So at this point, I’m figuring that i just have to delete it.
