husbands phone asks for my Apple ID

my husband has an iPhone X and I have an iPhone 8+. we each have an Apple ID and I have an icloud id. we have noticed that we are sharing call logs..... AND if I change Siri's voice to a man and my husband changes to a women it changes both phones. I have tried to fix it, but am not having luck. Now my husbands phone is asking for my Apple ID password. how can I separate these phones?

One Apple ID used on 2 iphones My husband and I each have an iphone with our own mobile numbers. He does not have an itunes account because he's not very technical and if he needs to download an app, I do it for him using my apple ID. We're trying to let him use his Plantronics speaker with his iphone, but when we try to turn on "using other devices" we are told that the apple id is needed. If we put in my apple id, then our accounts get linked in a mysterious way. He starts to get my emails and texts and everything that happens on my phone happens on his phone. How do we decouple this?

Apple ID I have an iPhone 11, my wife an XR.... We share data, family sharing.. However....recently, my phone calls have been showing up in her recent calls as well. This has never happened before. If she deletes her list, my list deletes as well. I another discussion that I posted about this, it was suggested an Apple ID for my wife's phone.... She does have one, but, when I try to change it, it keeps asking for my ID and to change my passcode. My question is, How do I change the Apple ID on my wife's phone to her ID, not mess mine up, still have family sharing and both our rrecent call lists will stay intact should one of us delete calls... Thank you in advance....

You both may have the same Apple ID, but it was renamed in one of them. go to settings>> [yourname]>> name, phone number, mail>> check out if your Apple ID has 2 different mail address
