Where’s my music?

Bought a new iPhone 8 at Apple Store today and none of my songs and albums came over! This is years of purchasing and downloading music from iTunes now missing. Can anyone help?

Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.- sign out of your Apple ID - sign back in.


Turn on iCloud Music Library with Apple Music

Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
  2. Close Settings.
  3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.



Go to the iTunes Store to find the music, tap the cloud icon to download
