Suddenly Certain keyboard inputs don’t show what are expected correctly. Neither resetting SMC nor NVRAM work. No voice option or mouse input is enabled. After severity restarts, I cannot log in anymore as I cannot type my password correctly.

Many thanks Tom. I replaced my keyboard and it works! Indeed I have never thought of hardware issue. Now it’s solved(^.^)

Can you provide specific examples of keys you type and what letter they produce? It sounds like you perhaps have the wrong input source active. Do you remember what items you had on the list in system preferences/keyboard/input sources?
Normally I would guess the keyboard is damaged, and you should try another one. But you have done that it seems. Weird.
As additional information I tried both wired and wireless (100% charged) keyboards, and both had the same outcome. Also I even disabled FileVault upon safe boot.
While my password is 8 digits, 8th letter/number cannot be filled out for login.

key 5 = 5-, key 6 = 6/, key 7 = 7; key 9 = 9]
Also key p doesn’t input anything.
input sources are ABC and ABC Exrended.
