ICLOUD IS NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Dear Sir,

My previous upgrade was of 50 GB & so upgraded to 200GB but still the photo's & videos are not getting uploaded on my iCloud account. The photo's & video's were taken when the storage was insufficient but now since I upgraded to higher storage than why still all the data is not uploaded on my iCloud account?
