I am trying to remove the mail app or my work email account from my Apple Watch. My work email exchange requires a password on my watch, which is annoying. I mainly want to use the watch for fitness purposes, and don’t want to have to enter a password each time. But my Apple Watch will not let me “turn off passcode” due to the security requirements of my work email. Has anyone found a work around for this?
Why don't you use your iPhone to unlock your Watch? That way you unlock your Watch in the morning and it remains unlocked all day.
You can either hide alerts or remove the Mail box altogether. Do one that suits you. Custom or mirror

If you select mailbox. Then you will see all your mailbox’s you Watch. Just deselect the ones you don’t want
