Apple Music Family Sharing has stop working

Apple Music has stopped working on all accounts except the main account. In settings under family sharing it says family sharing is turned off but when I try to turn it on, it sends me to Apple Music app which says that I already have an Apple Music account. How can I fix this?

Is the subscription (still) of the type Apple Music Family? Individual or Student subscriptions can’t be shared using Family Sharing.
