Why pubg doesn’t download on my iPhone 7 but other apps download? Please help.

Are you talking about the entire app, or about an PUBG in-app purchase?
If the former:
are you using a reliable and fast Wifi network connection to download that app? Do you have enough available space on your device ?
If the latter: is your payment method okay? do you have some restrictions enabled?
check Settings>Screentime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Ituns&AppStore purchases...
If it's a different issue, have you contacted the PUBG's support team?
