No.
For any older standard iPad models, you will have to seek out third party, smart Bluetooth stylii to use.
The Adonit Pixel stylus is still ( unofficially ) compatible/supported with Procreate.
To get the most up to date stylus firmware, purchase the Pixel DIRECTLY from the Adonit Website here.
https://www.adonit.net/jot/pixel/
Procreate used to have official support for all of Adonit's Bluetooth line of stylii, but demoted them when the Apple Pencil came along.
It is still unofficially compatible.
I know this because I use the Adonit Pixel on my 1st gen iPad Pro and it still works with the latest versions of Procreate.
When you pair the Adonit Pixel inside of the Procreate app, it will list the Pixel as an unsupported stylus, but still works well enough with all features of Procreate.
The Adonit Pixel is ONLY compatible with approx. 30 of the most popular apps for iPad.
For more consistent palm/hand rejection with the Adonit Pixel, for any of its compatible apps, I thoroughly recommend using a special non-electrical conductive, lycra© material-based drawing glove, also.
These can easily be found on Amazon.
Another drawing app that is just as full featured and comprehensive as Procreate and 100% supports the Adonit Pixel is the drawing app called ArtStudio Pro.
ArtStudio has been with iOS and the iPad since the very first 2010 iPad.
The developers, Lucky Clan, still issue updates for the original Art Studio app, from time to time, also, and still offer the “non-Pro” version in the iOS App Store.
Great drawing/sketching/painting app. I use this app more than Procreate as it had support for fonts and text long and before Procreate did.
Plus, if you are familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Pixelmator on the Mac, ArtStudio/Pro has a very familiar Photoshop-like user interface.
Best of Luck to You!
