Apple Watch weather not updating

Apple Watch 3, version 5.1.3, The weather application does not display any information. It shows the cities, but information is always blank. Just started within the last week or so.

Thanks! Phone was updated, didn't realize WatchOS was not. In the two-hour process now... :/ :)

Working as normal for my Series 3 on WatchOS 5.2. I suggest you start by updating to current software, iOS 12.2 and WatchOS 5.2 (in that order) and see if that fixes the problem.
