“Song not available in your region”

I restored my phone and RE-added my songs from iTunes to my iPhone 7 Plus running on newest software.


Everyone of the songs I added from my iTunes library is Greyed out. Only the songs I purchased from iTunes are playable.


I made sure that the correct region (US) has been set. I input correct payment info but still nothing.


how do I fix this? TIA!
