Rapportd
Every time I use my Mac, a message pops up which says "'iphone" is trying too access your rapportd"
What does this mean? And is there a way to stop the message from continuing to pop up?

rapportd is the daemon that handles "Handoff" communication between your Mac and iOS devices.
rapportd can be present for two possible reasons as stated by Allan Eckert and Barney-15E.
So whether or not you can/should uninstall it depends on which it is.
Rapportd is part of Trusteer. Trusteer is a worthless piece of junk and you should uninstall it from your Mac.
To uninstall it use the procedure at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS7MJT_1930/ug/t_Uninstalling_Rapport_on_Mac.html
