Data migration stopped, 32 minutes remaining..ugh

Transferring data from 2012 Mac mini to 2013 desktop pro, after about 4 hours of transferring, I checked time remaining and it said 32 minutes. Went to bed, got up 7 hours later, still says 32 minutes. Stopped? Why? How can I get it going again -need to get back to work :) thnx.

MacBook migration assistant stuck at about 1 minute remaining I was attempting to transfer data from the 2017 iMac to the newly released MacBook 15 i9 2019. I tried migration assistant again several times, and now, it is stuck like this for several minutes. What should I do?

data migration stalled used the data migration tool from a 2010 mac to a new 2021 mac and it stalled at 1 hour to go for several hours, migration not complete. How do I clear partially migrated files and start again

Were you using MA on both ends?

Might work better putting the Mini into Target Disk Mode after Repairing both drives.
