how to cancel a subcription that is not showing up

I have a subscription that I want to cancel, and I emailed the app creators for help. They told me that the subscription was attached to my iTunes and in order to cancel I had to go cancel the subscription in my iTunes. But the subscription it’s not showing up alongside with my other subscriptions and I don’t know what to do.
