Non activation on itune card

I bought two $50 itune cards on 4/26. I can not find the receipt where I bought the itune cards at. I need 2 new cards to be activated. My memory is not very good but I keep all my receipts in my desk drawer. Who should I speak to for getting this issue taken care of? Awaiting for reply.
