I just bought electronic delivery for Final Cut Pro Bundle for student and I am not sure if it could be installed on my MacBook Pro and my new iMac ?
Not sure because my iMac 2019 will arrive late this week .

Ok will try when my new iMac 2019 arrives I have 32GB x 4 = 128 Gb where all these apps will work fast and it’s the 9th generation . Will try it in my iMac first then my late 2018 MacBook Pro then I will have to learn how to work each software by itself where Final Cut Pro by it self will take a while since I never used one .

Other people can use the computer. I don't think there's any prohibition on that, as long as you control the computer and its use. My friend can come and use FCP on my computer.
Sure. Who would know? It's hard to control anyway.
But, the normal standard agreement is software is not transferrable.
But my question is could they be installed on my iMac and MacBook Pro it’s 2 computers . In the electronic download I have for each a code but it says 1!
That's right. I cannot transfer it from a computer I own to another computer that I don't own; nor can I transfer ownership of the computer along with the software that's one it.

Who bought the computers, you or the company? If the company bought them you need a multiseat license. Apple has multiseat licenses at reduced per unit cost.
