gives the options available:

You can use the money right away to send to someone or spend with Apple Pay in stores, within apps, and on the web, or you can transfer to your bank account.

They now have an instant transfer to your/a debit card (whichever you have linked to your phone). As far as like “Cash Back” is concerned. You can’t do it. But there is ways around it. Go to a bank, grocery store, western union or money gram (any place they do money orders or cashiers checks) and use Apple Pay to get a money order. Then just make the money order out to yourself and cash the check. 💥 problem solved. Or pay for a walmart2walmart or whatever. There’s lots of ways. Be thrifty.
