Accidentally deleted "Notes" app with no backup...

How can I possibly recover an important note that was lost when my "Notes" app was accidentally deleted, and I haven't got an iCloud nor local backup? I've tried 3rd party softwares that claim to be able to recover deleted notes with none of them finding any data... Is it possible that my note is lost forever or do any of you people know of a way to recover it?
