Can I sync multiple Iphones to my Apple Watch
I have a work phone and a personal phone and would like to sync both of them to my Apple Watch. Is this possible without buying a second watch?

While there is nothing to stop you from unpairing the watch from one phone and pairing it to another, you can't sync the data between all three devices.
