Is it possible to upgrade the memory of my iPhone 6S from 32MB to 128MB ?

The storage in an iPhone is not in MB (Megabytes) but in GB (Gigabytes). And no, storage space is fixed in an iPhone as it is a physical chip, and it cannot be altered.

If you need more storage you need a different device that has more storage.
