Download PDF to iPad

How do I download a PDF from the internet to my iPad so I can read it where there is no internet connection?

As well as the Books app, you can save a PDF to the Files app. Tap the share button. Tap Save to Files.



Tap the folder to save to.



For reading offline make sure the PDF is saved locally. If a download button is present tap it. If you wish you can test if you can access the PDF offline by turning off Wi-Fi in Settings.



To read, tap the PDF in the Files app.
