Discussing of product problems

My ipad keeps on glitching and it turns off suddenly while I am using it. The home button also starts to sound as if it were broken which it should not do as I bought this recently in December. Also the ipad works really slow which then makes the ipad and plug adapter really warm then it is really hard to take off charge.

I would like to discuss my problems personally and so i would like an appointment at the apple store in Birmingham.

Could I book an appointment for Sunday 5th May at 2pm please.
