Is it possible to ship my iPhone 4s (9.3.5) to apple to get my screen replaced?

I searched around finding repair stores for iPhones but my phone is to old they said to have the screen replaced now my dad doesn't want to get me a new phone but he said he will gladly get my screen replaced if he or I can find a place that does old phone screen replacement. So is it possible to send my phone to apple to get a old cracked screen replaced or not?
