My iPhone was purchased through at&t. I would like to use in Verizon which I have transferred too

Well, you have a problem.

AT&T is a GSM carrier. Verizon is a CDMA carrier.

The iPhone 6S Plus models are actually different iPhone hardware for GSM versus CDMA. You would need to exchange devices to change carriers.
