Apple Pay

Why is Africa not included in the list of continents where Apple Pay is operational? I live in Nigeria and cannot use Apple Pay yet I use to apple products- iPad and iPhone.

Besides, the number of people in Africa who use Apple products are far more than those in South America and the Caribbean. So why is Apple Inc. being unfair to Africa?
