Account recovery without trusted phone number

I got an email from Apple Support notifying me that the trusted number was changed. I didn’t do that on purpose. I’d probably done this by mistake while I was working on iOS update and setting up 2FA on my new phone. What can I do now?

I don’t know new trusted number (which isn’t even a real phone number, I don’t remember what I typed)

iPhone 8, iOS 12
