There’s a app that is called Hazesec that has been taking $10.06 twice a month for the past year out of my bank account. When I downloaded this anti-virus app I thought it was a one time payment. When I found out that they were continually taking over $20 a month I have been trying to stop them but nothing is working. I have even changed my bank account number but I couldn’t use my iPhone to do certain things with out having my payment info in. As soon as I put my new info in that same app took $20.12 out of my bank account. And I can’t even find this app in the Apple store anymore at all now. I’m begging you. Please help.

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

If you bought it through iTunes:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you are unable to do this, contact Suppport:

iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support

If you bought it through the manufacturers you will have to take it up with them. If they refuse you should complain to your bank.
