As the article I attached mentions, “turning the camera around” in Portrait Mode requires an iPhone X or later.
Are you certain it doesn't work? Are you certain you have an iPhone 7 Plus? Consider doing Settings > General > About > Model and reporting the result here.
yes i have an iphone 7 plus and when i go to take a picture using portrait mode it wont let me turn camera around and it dont saw the camera to turn it around
