Apple Watch data

Hello,

I got a new phone and when trying to transfer it from the existing phone the data was deleted from the watch. The data is still visible on my old cell phone. I’m wondering if there is a way to reclaim the data from the cell phone to the watch?

Lost watch data when swapping phones When swapping for a new phone i lost two days of activity data on the watch app. The rings.. That was because the watch had a two day old backup and dis not create a new one when pairing for a new phone. The data that are missing is still on the old phone. Is there any solution to fix this?
