Disabled iPad
My iPad is disabled and it says to connect to iTunes. When I connect to iTunes, my iPad doesn’t connect. Any ideas?

Make sure you have updated iTunes to the latest version (v12.9.x), then connect your iPad and erase/restore by following the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Latest iTunes version does not say much, we need the version number?
You'll need iTunes version 12.9.x.

You have to plug it using DFU mode
