How to recover a note I deleted from the deleted list
By mistake I deleted a note that was already in the list of deleted notes. Is there a possibility to still recover it?

Not if it was an iCloud Note. If it was an On My iPhone/iPad Note and you backed up before you delete the note from the recently deleted folder, you should be able to recover it by restoring that backup.
